RollSuite Privacy Policy

Last updated October 1, 2019

This privacy policy governs your use of RollSuite, a service created by RollSuite, Inc. (“RollSuite Incorporated”).

RollSuite is intended for professionals across a range of industries—including healthcare, dental, veterinary, home services, insurance, and other service-oriented businesses—and includes methods for syncing, analyzing, and visualizing operational and practice management records as well as generating and sharing related reports. As such, RollSuite collects information about you and your business or practice.

We use the information we collect primarily to provide, maintain, protect, and improve our current service as well as to develop new ones.

We do not share your personal or business information with third parties without your consent, other than:

  • To comply with laws or to respond to lawful requests and legal process (provided that we will endeavor to notify you if we have received a lawful request for your information);
  • In an emergency, including to protect the personal safety of any person;
  • In the case of or toward the sale or transfer of all or part of our business or assets;
  • In an aggregate or de-identified way that does not include personally identifiable information from either you, your staff, your customers, or your patients (where applicable); and
  • As needed to ship or bill for our products and services.

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from RollSuite by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your RollSuite accounts or our ongoing business relationship. You may also send requests about your contact preferences, changes and deletions to your information including requests to opt-out of sharing your personal information with third parties by emailing support@rollsuite.com.

We will respond within ninety (90) days to any request to delete your information.

We are committed to the confidentiality of your information and provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain. For example, your operational and practice management data is encrypted both at rest and in motion. For customers in healthcare verticals, data handling follows HIPAA standards; for all customers, we apply industry-standard encryption and security controls. Although we will take reasonable steps to safeguard and maintain security, please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches, including breaches caused by the unauthorized use of your account through a stolen device logged into our service or the disclosure of your password to another party.

As such, as an authorized user, you are responsible for the security of:

  • your RollSuite personal login credentials or session data;
  • any screen, device, and network that you use to access RollSuite; and
  • any files or data downloaded or exported from RollSuite, including any further distribution.

Furthermore, as an authorized user, you agree to not:

  • provide or share your personal login credentials or session data to others;
  • allow any unauthorized third party to access RollSuite at any time without our permission;
  • knowingly breach any RollSuite security measure.

RollSuite Incorporated may change this policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this policy, we will change the “last updated” date above. You agree that your continued use of our services after such changes have been published to our services will constitute your acceptance of such revised policy.
